Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date your item is received. Please email us at themarketden@gmail.com to request return authorization.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and/or in the same condition you received it.  Your item must be in the original packaging.

Refunds
Once your item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of refund status.

Once you return is approved, we will refund you through your original payment method.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returns.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  However, if you receive the wrong item or your item arrives damaged, we will provide shipping.  You will have 5 days to return the item after shipping label has been provided.
